This means that we:

  • Support and respect international agreements regarding human rights
  • Do not accept forced labour and/or child labour
  • Respect our employees free choice of union and their right take part in collective bargaining
  • Live up to current standards regarding work hour across the group
  • Ensure that wages live up to legal requirements and industrial standards in the countries, where we have activities
